Behavioural Profiling

We offer a range of behavioural profiling and consultancy products as part of retained search mandates (free of charge) or as a standalone service for a small fee. All profiling products are available to both businesses to assess their leadership teams (and assess future leaders/potential new hires) and to individuals to understand their career options.

Behavioural Vector Analysis (Free as part of retained search mandates for all shortlisted candidates, otherwise £250 per subject). Includes printed report plus personal feedback; this shows natural behaviour, work behaviour and extreme stress behaviours.

Behavioural Vector Analysis is a scientifically validated, non-judgmental assessment of a person’s behavioural strengths and potential limitations. It enables leaders to ‘speed read’ their people and is an invaluable coaching and motivational tool. B.V.A. identifies the most effective ways to get the best out of your people and how they are most likely to be motivated towards personal success.

As part of B.V.A., Human Job Analysis (H.J.A.) facilitates the analysis of the roles we expect people to perform and comparative analysis defines the coaching requirements people may need in order to achieve optimum performance.

Behavioural Vector Analysis helps us to create effective, integral and cohesive teams in which we can play to individual strengths whilst acknowledging potential weakness or limitations. As a coaching, appraisal and motivational tool; B.V.A. is particularly powerful and helps organisations to release the potential of their people… Their most valuable asset

NB. when people attend an interview they can adapt their personality or behaviour, short-term to meet the perceived requirements of the job. After a period of time this person will return to their ‘natural’ behaviour, which may not be the behaviour most appropriate to fulfil the role.

DiSC behavioural insight (Free as part of retained search mandates for up to 2 final stage candidates, otherwise £750 per subject or £500 per subject for 4 or more)

DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. It is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you’ll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behaviour.

DiSC profiles help you and your team:

  • Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems
  • Learn how to adapt your own style to get along better with others
  • Foster constructive and creative group interactions
  • Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict
  • Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles
  • Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members

Comprehensive Culture survey / Culture change programme.
We are able to conduct a bespoke cultural survey of any business and design a programme around changing that culture for the better, based on understanding and (positively) influencing the behaviour of the people within your organisation we can ‘infect’ the culture with new beliefs and values. Results are often profound and can include improved motivation, productivity, pride, quality, happiness (less churn) safety, ownership and communication.
