Programme Manager

Innovative Service Group
£700-1000/day

An outstanding opportunity to join one of the country’s most innovative business and consumer groups within a newly acquired business.

Founded 5 years ago by a renowned social entrepreneur, and acquired by a unique, privately-owned consumer services group earlier this year, this business has carved a niche for itself providing digital services to a wide range of businesses across Europe.

As the acquired businesses starts the process of integration into the group structure, adopting their key values, there exists a number of key projects to be led, and ultimately delivered.

Pre-existing synergies within culture, values and commercial overlap mean this is an exciting time for the business, but leading and delivering key projects across strategy, integration, stakeholder engagement and commercial propositions will be vital to ensuring the expedited success of this acquisition and maximisation of commercial opportunities.

With 5 years of trading behind it, this is not strictly speaking a start-up, but as it is integrated into the wider group, it will feel like it, and benefit from the opportunities of a start-up in their ability to redefine their commercial proposition.

A key element in the maximisation of the acquisition’s success in the medium term, is the appointment of an experienced Programme Manager to oversee these key projects, set the business on its path within its new parent group and ultimately help define/design the onward strategy.

Integration sits at the core of this role, this is a business that is working well, and has a strong fit and commonality with the new parent group, but aligning and enhancing the strategy within that group culture, maximising both commercial and operational synergies as well as operating within the group values are critical to the (re)launch success.

The group has long differented themselves by remaining totally independent and providing bespoke solutions through numerous highly qualified and focussed teams to provide swift solutions and resolutions, whilst creating maximum value for their client & consumer bases underpinned by highly principled humility and passion for what they do.
